I have had a soft spot for Rhiannon since my college days when I designed costumes for staging part of the Children of Llyr, part of an ancient and wonderful Welsh saga. I've been hoarding birds for months so I could bring my vision to reality. I love the way it ties with a ribbon in back which means it can be a choker or tied to hang down a bit further depending on the outfit it will be worn with.
